All transactions on the Portal shall be in Indian Rupees. User can add cash on the portal from Rs. 50 to Rs. 10000 per transaction.
Once you register on our Portal, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Cash Games have to be made through your RummyChallenge user account. All cash prizes won by you are credited by us into this user account.
When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and/or you are legally authorized to use such instrument which is used to Add Cash into your user account only.
8.1 Please make sure the instrument you use to make payments is your own and is only being used to add funds to your user account. You are free to deposit as much money as you want into your RummyChallenge account in order to play cash games on the Website/Mobile App, subject to the “Add Cash” limits (limits on users’/players’ adding cash to their RummyChallenge accounts) that we may from time to time specify. We want you to use our website and mobile app responsibly. The default Daily and Monthly “Add Cash” limits that we may reset with undertakings, indemnity, waiver, and verification conditions as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion will govern your ability to add money to your user account.
8.3 If a transaction is canceled at any time, it will be reversed and the money will be credited back to your payment method if the payment was made successfully. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction at any time, for any reason. We hold player funds in designated bank accounts in trust. All player funds are kept entirely unsecured by RummyChallenge, and your money will be returned to you when the time comes, subject to the terms and conditions governing fund withdrawals. The money in your user account is kept apart from the money in our corporate account. To the extent permitted by law, your claim on the deposits will take precedence over all other claims, even in the improbable event of an insolvency proceeding.
8.4 TDS POLICY: The following TDS policy is applicable to all RummyChallenge players as of April 1, 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Finance Act of 2023.
- When a deposit is refunded or withdrawn, TDS is applicable.
- Any positive net wins at the time of withdrawal are subject to 30% TDS.
- In addition, TDS is applied to the year-end wallet balance (minus the amount in the table) at the conclusion of the fiscal year by treating it as a withdrawal amount. The remaining amount will be carried over to the next financial year as the starting balance after applying TDS on the remaining balance (as per policy). The balance that is carried forward will be regarded as an investment for the following year, and TDS will not apply to that sum.
In this case, net winnings (during a fiscal year) equal total withdrawals less total deposits. A financial year is defined as the period from April 1 to March 31.
Note that the TDS Policy is based on the interpretation of the provisions as introduced or amended by the Finance Act, 2023. The Company maintains the right to alter the TDS Policy in accordance with the applicable laws at any given time.
8.5 You agree to be bound by the following payment terms with regard to any transactions you make on the platform, including paying to play the paid versions of skill game(s):
- The fixed platform fee that RummyChallenge.co.in charges for access to RummyChallenge.co.in Services and the user's portion of the prize pool are included in the predetermined amount that the user pays to participate in any skill game(s).
- All funds received from the user are held, subject to these terms and conditions, in a separate Trust Account that does not earn interest. This Trust Account is in charge of managing both the user account and the prize pool until the winners are announced and the prizes are awarded. RummyChallenge.co.in has no control over the User Funds and only receives its portion of the platform fee via the aforementioned Trust Account.
- RummyChallenge.co.in retains the right to impose a platform fee, which may change on a regular basis at the management's choice. The user's account balance will be debited for the platform fee (including any applicable taxes), and RummyChallenge.co.in will provide a transaction note for this debit, which can be viewed in the user's Transaction History.
9.1 Withdrawals are only allowed in situations where the player has won money from their play; these winnings will then be funded to their bank account. To withdraw any amount, a single “Add cash” transaction is necessary. Additionally, each user must maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 100 in order to proceed with a withdrawal. When a user files a withdrawal request, RummyChallenge will process it that same day and will only accept requests until 3 p.m. on that particular day. However, it could also take two to three days for the money to appear in the user’s bank account.
9.2 Users are only allowed to make one withdrawal transaction per day, and they are not allowed to request more than one withdrawal on any given day. In cases of suspicious gaming, the discovery of multiple accounts, etc., account monitoring will be implemented. For this reason, it is important to note that withdrawals are subject to clearance, and the management retains the right to approve or reject your request.
9.3 Users are only allowed to make one withdrawal transaction per day, and they are not allowed to request more than one withdrawal on any given day. In cases of suspicious gaming, the discovery of multiple accounts, etc., account monitoring will be implemented. For this reason, it is important to note that withdrawals are subject to clearance, and the management retains the right to approve or reject your request.
9.4 Users’ deposits in the Deposit Segment are made only to enable them to play the Cash Games; they do not carry any interest or yield any kind of return.
9.5 By using this payment method to add money to your RummyChallenge account, you affirm and guarantee that it is yours. Without assuming any liability or risk on Our part, the payment processing will only take place in accordance with the relevant third parties’ applicable policies and procedures.
9.6 You can play Cash Games with the money that is credited to the Deposit Segment on our website and/or application after a payment or transaction has been approved, validated, and received by Us. You acknowledge and agree that You will be responsible for following up with the providers of the payment instrument You used to initiate the transaction, and that We will not be held responsible in the event that Your credit is eventually delayed or declined.
9.7 We reserve the right to reject a withdrawal request if sufficient KYC verifications, compliance with the deposit method, terms and restrictions on the discount, and/or security reviews by Our automated systems and risk management team are not met. You acknowledge that the following terms apply to all of your withdrawals:
- You can Withdraw all or any part of Your Withdrawable Balance, subject to the levy of applicable processing fee (depending on the Withdrawal method), and applicable taxes.
- A minimum of INR 100.00 (one hundred Indian rupees) and a maximum of INR 1,00,000.00 (one lakh Indian rupees) may be withheld per transaction. Payment for the withdrawal of funds will be made to you via electronic wire transfer or in any other way that complies with your specified preferences and applicable law. Additionally, we reserve the right to transfer the funds to the payment method or financial instrument that was used to top off Your Deposit Segment. We reserve the right to occasionally alter or amend the aforementioned withdrawal restrictions.
- Withdrawal requests will only be handled following Your KYC verification, subject to the withdrawal restrictions outlined in these Terms and on the Platform. In order to confirm Your address and identity, we have the right to request Your KYC documents at any time.
- Winnings from discounts, bonuses, and promotions are subject to the terms and conditions that apply to their grant and cannot be immediately withdrawn.
9.8 Although RummyChallenge will make every effort to process your withdrawal request promptly, there might be a delay because of the time needed for security checks, KYC verification, and other procedures related to finishing the Withdrawal transaction. We won’t be responsible for compensating You in any way for the delays in processing your withdrawal requests and sending your money.
9.9 Users should be aware that it could take up to three (3) working days after the date of submission for the KYC documents to be validated. At our sole discretion, we retain the right to verify or reject the KYC documents. The progress of the KYC verification on Our Platform will be communicated to you.
9.10 If You provide an incorrect phone number or email address, RummyChallenge will not be held responsible for any disruptions to Your use of the Services.
9.11 When requesting the discontinuation of an account, users should be cautious about any positive Withdrawable Balance and/or funds in the Deposit Segment (excluding bonuses). Subject to any applicable fees, such as an account closure fee of INR 1,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only) or ten (10) percent of the total funds to be transferred, whichever is higher, RummyChallenge shall distribute the funds to the users by electronic transfer in compliance with these terms.
RummyChallenge has the final say over how the bonus is used, distributed, and expires. The percentage of bonus that can be used to enter a cash game is also determined by RummyChallenge, and it is subject to change at any time and without warning. Any bonus money obtained for playing RummyChallenge through contests, offers, referrals, etc., is only good for real money games. It cannot be taken out.
Bonuses are awarded at Our sole discretion and are not transferable to users. The user and the offer may have an impact on the utilization rate or percentage. The Bonus will only be valid for the period that can be disclosed to users. You acknowledge that any bonus we provide on the Platform will be applied as a reduction to the Service Fee initially.
You will forfeit all bonuses that have been awarded to you and will no longer have any rights or interests in them should Your RummyChallenge Account be terminated by You or Us in line with these Terms. The funds in the Bonus Segment cannot be directly withdrawn, transferred to another user, or redeemed for any other prize.
11.1 Each Cash Game that a User plays on the Platform is subject to a Service Fee charged by RummyChallenge. The Service Fee varies based on the type of Cash Game and is subject to change at any time, as mentioned in Clause 10.2 below. At its sole discretion, RummyChallenge retains the right to charge varying Service Fees for various Cash Games.
11.2 It is made clear that any and all discounts, bonuses, winnings from promotions, and rebates that RummyChallenge offers to users will be applied to the service fee that the user must pay. RummyChallenge also retains the right to change or reduce discounts and promotions as needed. Additionally, these discounts and promotions might be subject to particular restrictions, like limited usage only after a predefined amount of time has passed or usage only in certain game types.
11.3 The service fee that is charged must include the Goods and Services Taxes at the rates that are required by the relevant laws.
12.1 To the extent allowed by law, you hereby agree, knowing full well, to indemnify, defend, and hold Tufen Tech Private Limited harmless for all awards and benefits, disbursements, litigation costs, and reasonable legal fees that we may have to incur or suffer in connection therewith, including any kind of direct or indirect or consequential losses that may refer to any loss of profit and reputation that can arise from any claims, suits, taxes, actions, cause of action, damages, penalties, injuries, expenses, demands, interest, and/or awards imposed, brought, or asserted against us by any person, entity, or individual in connection with or regarding Your use of the Services.
12.2 If We do not exercise any option, right, or remedy contained herein, or if We do not insist upon strict performance of any provision herein, it shall not be deemed a waiver or a relinquishment of such provisions, option, right, or remedy. Any waiver of any of these provisions must be stated in writing and signed in order for it to be considered effective.
12.3 It shall not be interpreted as a waiver or a relinquishment of any provisions, option, right, or remedy herein contained if We do not exercise such right, remedy, or if We do not insist upon strict performance of any such provision. Any waiver of any of these terms will not be enforceable unless it is signed and stated in writing.
13.1 Tufen Tech Private Limited and/or its affiliates, as the case may be, exclusively owns all rights and intellectual property of any type throughout the world, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, domain names, trade names, service marks, copyrights, software, trade secrets, industrial designs, and know-how in the Platform and Services, and the underlying technology and documentation.
13.2 You have the limited right to use Our Services in compliance with the Platform Policies upon successfully registering on the Platform; however, You do not acquire any ownership, title, or interest in the Tufen Tech Private Limited Intellectual Property.
13.3 All the online content, materials and information on our Website/Mobile App (collectively referred to as “Content”) are secured by intellectual property rights. The Content includes a wide range of online items like images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos, information, text content, games, software, animation, marks, hyperlinks, and pictures. The Content, whether or not belonging to us, is thus protected and secured by applicable intellectual property rights. In addition, we are free to record and use, in any manner whatsoever, all chat content, images, emails, and recommendations sent by any member or user of our Website/Mobile App, as they form a part of the Content of RummyChallenge.co.in.
14.1 RummyChallenge confirms that this Privacy Policy is only a description of its operation regarding user information. This Privacy Policy is not intended to create and does not create any legal rights in your favour or in favour of any other person. RummyChallenge reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without giving you prior notice. The liability of RummyChallenge shall be limited to the removal of Sensitive Personal Data from the system of the Website and/or Application and the removal of personally identifiable elements of the Other Personal Information. Your continued use of the Website and/or Application constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any amendments thereof.
14.2 When using the Services on the Website and/or Application, You may incur claims, losses, injuries, damages, expenses, lost profits, or winnings. Tufen Tech Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any of these things.
14.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Policy and elsewhere, the aggregate liability of RummyChallenge for all claims for damages pursuant to the provisions of services on the Website and/or Application, including claims in respect to the violation of this Policy, shall be limited is limited to the Service Fee less bonus and other promotional amounts, paid to Us over the preceding one (1) month.
14.4 You are solely responsible for any consequence resulting from Your use of the Platform, and you understand that We assume no liability or responsibility for any monetary loss that You may sustain in this regard.
15.1 It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that, after registering on our website or mobile app, you never reveal your passwords to friends, family, third parties, or anybody else. Please make a strong password that is at least eight characters long and contains capital letters, numbers, and special characters to prevent password cracking. If someone else uses your password to log into or access your user account, we won’t be held accountable in any manner. In the event that a network disconnects on your computer, mobile device, or other device due to a malfunction or error on your end, RummyChallenge will not be held responsible in any manner and will not reimburse you for any losses that may result from the disconnect. RummyChallenge and RummyChallenge.co.in reserve the right to cancel a game and refund your points or cash, regardless of the outcome of the game, in the event that there is a service interruption at their end while a game is in progress.
You assume all liability for any risk of internet outage, communication failure between your computer, mobile device, or other device and the RummyChallenge servers, software lag or freezing, and other issues related to your device, computer, or network when playing a cash game. With the exception of when the RummyChallenge server crashes, RummyChallenge will not be held accountable for any disconnections made by your computer, smartphone, or other device from the RummyChallenge server. In the event of a brief disconnect or interruption during a game, you will be required to stay seated at the table and can resume play as soon as the connection is restored, barring elimination.
17.1 RummyChallenge.co.in pledges to publish up-to-date, precise, comprehensive, and trustworthy information on its website and mobile app. It should be noted, though, that we make no representations regarding the applicability of any information updated on our website or mobile app, or any other information published in documents. As such, all of the data as well as any associated graphics and images are to be regarded “as is” and come with no express or implied warranties from our end. With this disclaimer, we sincerely waive and discard any and all implied warranties and conditions pertaining to our merchantability, ownership and non-infringement, suitability for any specific purpose, and accuracy of our website, software, and RummyChallenge games.
18.1 We sternly prohibit anyone from using our software for any kind of profit. The only purpose of our software is to play RummyChallenge games for private amusement. 19.2 If any violation of our Fair Play Policy is found, including but not limited to collusion in play or unauthorized deposits made using a stolen identity, RummyChallenge will take swift and severe action against the offending user. This action may include, but is not limited to, permanently terminating the user’s account, as explained in the section below titled “Breach and Consequences.”
19.3 Furthermore, depending on the seriousness of the detected breach, we may choose to take a variety of corrective actions, which may include the following, if we discover that a user is violating or attempting to violate Our security or privacy protocols. This decision will be made after an internal investigation.
- halt the user's access to and use of Our Services permanently;
- terminate the user's RummyChallenge account indefinitely;
- restrict the user's ability to withdraw;
- demand payment for the harm done to Our Services as a result of the breach and, if required, bring legal action against a user for any infractions of the law and the Platform Policies;
- prevent the user from signing up with us in the future.
19.4 If, after conducting an investigation, it appears to us that a user’s RummyChallenge account has engaged in fair play violations, We may, to the extent that such violations involve money,:
- give up the money in your RummyChallenge account;
- repatriate the amount to the User or individuals who have been affected by the Fair Play Violation
- charge a fee for a fair play violation of up to INR 10,000 for each occurrence of the violation. You acknowledge that this charge is not intended to be a penalty but rather a fair and reasonable cost in terms of labor, technology, and reputational damage that We as the Platform may incur as a result of Your breaking the Fair Play Policy. The fair play violation fee could be deducted from the money in your RummyChallenge account, or if there isn't enough money there to pay it, we could file a claim for the fee against You in line with the relevant laws.
19.5 To maintain compliance with applicable law and legitimate requests from the government, regulatory agencies, or an order of any court of competent jurisdiction, your winnings may be revealed to the appropriate authorities and necessary amounts may be withheld from payouts. It is entirely Your obligation to make sure that all relevant taxes are remitted on time.
19.6 Your RummyChallenge Account may become inactive and any remaining funds may be subject to an annual maintenance fee of INR 250 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) if You do not log in to Your RummyChallenge Account at least once in a twelve (12) month period. This fee is known as the “Inactive Account Fee.”
19.7 If We find that You are breaking any of our platform policies or trying to compromise the security of Our Services in any way, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your RummyChallenge Account. In such case, Your RummyChallenge Account may be closed right away, and any prizes, bonuses, promotional winnings, or money contained therein may be lost.
20.1 You commit to participating in all games for which you sign up or join up on your own, and you promise not to use any kind of outside help. It is for bidden for you to include any unapproved parts and to make or utilize any kind of bots, hacks, cheats, exploits, or other third-party software that alters the website or mobile application. Additionally, you agree to refrain from using any third-party software that gathers, mines, or otherwise obtains data from or via the website, mobile app, or any of our services. Any attempt to use this kind of outside help is strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden for you and any other user to form teams in order to collude or engage in any other type of cheating when playing games on the website or mobile app. We at RummyChallenge have a zero-tolerance policy against anyone who tries to break the terms of service or our fair play policy. Additionally, as the top game operator in the business, we report any offending players and, at our discretion, ban them from the RummyChallenge game.

23.1 You are only allowed to register for a single user account on the website or mobile app, which you will use to access the services offered there. It is not permitted for you to use more than one user ID when playing on the website/mobile app or utilizing our services.
24.1 It is forbidden to provide any kind of bribe, gift, service, compensation, or favor to any RummyChallenge.co.in employee in order to affect or appear to influence the employee in carrying out his or her job duties at RummyChallenge.co.in. Employees of RummyChallenge.co.in are not allowed to ask you for gifts, bribes, or services. It is strictly forbidden to give RummyChallenge.co.in employees any money, cash equivalents, presents, gift cards, services, or favors.
25.1 Your balance is split into three accounts if you play RummyChallenge for cash: your deposit account balance, your bonus wallet balance, and your withdrawable account balance. Your entire deposit amount is shown in the Deposit Account Balance. All of the bonuses you have earned through Sign Up, Add Cash, Referral, and other offers are included in your Bonus wallet balance. The total amount you have wagered and won is included in your Withdrawable Balance. Only the maximum amount that corresponds to your Withdrawable Balance may be taken out. Without making a wager, you are unable to withdraw your deposit amount.
26.1 We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to take any or all of the following actions if we discover through our investigations or reasonable suspicion that you have violated our terms and conditions and/or that your continued use of our website or mobile app is harming RummyChallenge, our users, or the public at large:
27.1 The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement will be adhered to, governed by, and interpreted in compliance with Indian law.
By signing this agreement, the Users consent that they will make every effort to settle any disagreements, conflicts, or claims that may arise from or be connected to this Agreement between themselves and Us. Any disagreements, arguments, or claims that cannot be resolved amicably within fifteen (15) days of the start of settlement attempts will be referred to arbitration, where they will be finally resolved by a mutually selected, impartial lone arbitrator. But in the event that You and Us together are unable to find a single, impartial arbitrator, each Party will designate one arbitrator, and the two chosen arbitrators will choose the third arbitrator, who will make up the Arbitration Tribunal.
The parties agree that Delhi, Republic of India will serve as the arbitration’s seat and location, and that English will be the language used throughout. The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments or reenactments thereof that are currently in effect shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitrator’s ruling will be final and enforceable against the parties. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the arbitration award, each Party will be responsible for paying their own arbitration fees.
28.1 When you register with RummyChallenge.co.in, you will receive notifications regarding special offers, updates, contests, account activities, etc. through SMSs, emails and direct mails. Some of RummyChallenge’s promotions require users to be KYC-verified to receive their benefits. If any aspect of your contact information or KYC (ID, address, email address or mobile number) is not approved or verified, you shall not receive the benefits of such promotions, including promotional amounts and prizes. Check out the specific terms and conditions of our promotions and contests before participating in them.
29.1 Any loss incurred by canceling any games due to service outages brought on by computer viruses, natural disasters, service provider failures, or any other uncontrollable circumstance is not covered by RummyChallenge’s insurance. You understand and agree that RummyChallenge cannot reasonably be held responsible for any refunds resulting from game cancellations due to outside circumstances.
30.1 Only cash games may be played with bonuses, and RummyChallenge retains complete control over how bonuses are used, distributed, and expire. The percentage of the bonus that can be used to enter a cash game is also determined by RummyChallenge. The users may not be informed in advance of any changes made to the same. Since bonuses can only be used to play cash RummyChallenge games, any bonuses obtained through promotions, offers, referrals, etc., cannot be withdrawn from RummyChallenge.
31.1 To the extent allowed by law and as a token of our gratitude for letting you participate in online RummyChallenge games, you hereby agree, fully aware of the risks involved, to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless for all awards and benefits, expenses, litigation costs, and reasonable legal fees that we may have to pay or suffer in connection with the activity. This includes any kind of direct or indirect or consequential losses, which may include any loss of profit and reputation resulting from any claims, suits, taxes, actions, cause of actions, damages, penalties, injuries, expenses, demands, interest, and/or awards imposed, brought, or asserted against us by anyone.
