1.1 A safe, lawful, and equitable environment for all of our users is ensured by monitoring all user actions, including deposits, identity verification, RummyChallenge games, and individual hands, in order to prevent any malpractices or unfair play in our games and on our Website/Mobile App. All user actions are tracked and recorded as part of our Fair Play Policy and to stop any malpractices and in-game collusion.
1.2 RummyChallenge will take swift and serious action against the offending user, including but not limited to permanent account termination, as outlined in the “Breach and Consequences” section below, in the event that our Fair Play Policy is violated. Examples of such violations include but are not limited to unauthorized deposits made using a stolen identity or collusion during gameplay.
1.3 If any violation of our Fair Play Policy is found, including but not limited to collusion in play or unauthorized deposits made using a stolen identity, RummyChallenge will take swift and severe action against the offending user. This action may include, but is not limited to, permanently terminating the user’s account, as explained in the section below titled “Breach and Consequences.”
- Halt the user's access to and use of Our Services permanently
- Terminate the user's RummyChallenge account permanently.
- Limit withdrawals for that particular user
- If necessary, seek restitution for the harm done to Our Services as a result of the breach and bring legal action against the user for any infractions of the law or the Platform Policies.
- Disallow the user from creating another account with us.
1.4 If our investigation leads us to believe that a user’s RummyChallenge account has engaged in fair play violations, we may take the following actions, to the extent that the violations involve money:
- Give up the money in the RummyChallenge account.
- Return the monetary value to the user or the people who were impacted by the fair play violation.
- Charge a fee for each occurrence of a fair play violation, up to a maximum of INR 10,000. You acknowledge that this charge is not intended to be a penalty but rather a fair and reasonable cost in terms of labor, technology, and reputational damage that We as the Platform may incur as a result of Your breaking the Fair Play Policy. The fair play violation fee could be deducted from the money in your RummyChallenge account, or if there isn't enough money there to pay it, we could file a claim for the fee against You in line with the relevant laws.
1.5 To maintain compliance with applicable law and legitimate requests from the government, regulatory agencies, or an order of any court of competent jurisdiction, your winnings may be revealed to the appropriate authorities and necessary amounts may be withheld from payouts. It is entirely Your obligation to make sure that all relevant taxes are remitted on time.
1.6 Your RummyChallenge Account may become inactive and any remaining funds may be subject to an annual maintenance fee of INR 250 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) if You do not log in to Your RummyChallenge Account at least once in a twelve (12) month period. This fee is known as the “Inactive Account Fee.”
1.7 If We find that You are breaking any of our platform policies or trying to compromise the security of Our Services in any way, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your RummyChallenge Account. In such case, Your RummyChallenge Account may be closed right away, and any prizes, bonuses, promotional winnings, or money contained therein may be lost.
