1.Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Portal shall be in Indian Rupees. User can add cash on the portal from Rs. 50 to Rs. 10,000 per transaction.

Once you register on our Portal, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with participation in Cash Games have to be made through your RummyChallenge user account. All cash prizes won by you are credited by us into this user account.

When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and/or you are legally authorized to use such instrument which is used to Add Cash into your user account only.

1.1     Only winnings from gameplay will be eligible for withdrawals, which will then be deposited into the user’s bank account by the withdrawal authority. To withdraw any amount, you must first complete a “Add cash” transaction. In order to initiate a withdrawal, each user must maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 100. RummyChallenge will process withdrawal requests submitted by users the same day they are made, and RummyChallenge will only process these requests up until 3 p.m. on that particular day. It might take an additional two to three days for the money to appear in the user’s bank account, though.

1.2     The successful processing of any withdrawal will depend on users presenting their KYC documents and providing bank account details linked to their names, which should match the information on their Pan Cards.

1.3     Every user is only allowed to make one withdrawal transaction per day, and users are never allowed to request to make more than one withdrawal on a single day. For this reason, it is important to note that withdrawals are subject to clearance and the management reserves the right to accept or decline your withdrawal request. Account monitoring will be implemented in cases of suspicious gaming, detection of multiple accounts, etc.

1.4     Users’ deposits in the Deposit Segment are made only to enable them to play the Cash Games; they do not carry any interest or yield any kind of return.

1.5     By using this payment method to add money to your RummyChallenge account, you affirm and guarantee that it is yours. Without assuming any liability or risk on Our part, the payment processing will only take place in accordance with the relevant third parties’ applicable policies and procedures.

1.6     You can play Cash Games with the money that is credited to the Deposit Segment on our website and/or application after a payment or transaction has been approved, validated, and received by Us. You acknowledge and agree that You will be responsible for following up with the providers of the payment instrument You used to initiate the transaction, and that We will not be held responsible in the event that Your credit is eventually delayed or declined.

1.7     We reserve the right to reject a withdrawal request if sufficient KYC verifications, compliance with the deposit method, terms and restrictions on the discount, and/or security reviews by Our automated systems and risk management team are not met. You acknowledge that the following terms apply to all of your withdrawals:

1.8     Due to the time needed for security checks, KYC verification, and other procedures related to finishing the Withdrawal transaction, RummyChallenge will make every effort to process your withdrawal request promptly; however, there may be delays. Due to these delays in processing withdrawal requests and remitting payments, We will not be responsible for providing You with any kind of compensation.

1.9     Users should be aware that it could take up to three (3) working days after the date of submission for the KYC documents to be validated. At our sole discretion, we retain the right to verify or reject the KYC documents. The progress of the KYC verification on Our Platform will be communicated to you.

1.10     RummyChallenge disclaims all liability for interruptions to Your access to and use of the Services resulting from incorrect phone number and email address provided by You.

1.11     When a user requests to have their account discontinued, they should be cautious of any positive Withdrawable Balance and/or funds in the Deposit Segment (not including bonuses). In compliance with theseTerms, RummyChallenge  will distribute the funds to the users via electronic transfer. Any applicable fees may apply, such as an account closure fee of INR 1,000.00 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only) or ten (10) percent of the total amount to be transferred, whichever is greater.

2.Fair Play Policy

2.1     A safe, lawful, and equitable environment for all of our users is ensured by monitoring all user actions, including deposits, identity verification, RummyChallenge games, and individual hands, in order to prevent any malpractices or unfair play in our games and on our Website/Mobile App. All user actions are tracked and recorded as part of our Fair Play Policy and to stop any malpractices and in-game collusion.

2.2    RummyChallenge will take swift and serious action against the offending user, including but not limited to permanent account termination, as outlined in the “Breach and Consequences” section below, in the event that our Fair Play Policy is violated. Examples of such violations include but are not limited to unauthorized deposits made using a stolen identity or collusion during gameplay.

2.3     Furthermore, depending on the seriousness of the detected breach, we may choose to take a variety of corrective actions, which may include the following, if we discover that a user is violating or attempting to violate Our security or privacy protocols. This decision will be made after an internal investigation.

2.4     If our investigation leads us to believe that a user’s RummyChallenge account has engaged in fair play violations, we may take the following actions, to the extent that the violations involve money:

2.5     In order to ensure compliance with applicable law and legitimate requests from the government, regulatory agencies, or an order of any court of competent jurisdiction, your winnings may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities, and necessary amounts may be withheld from payout. It is entirely Your obligation to make sure that all relevant taxes are remitted on time.

2.6     Your RummyChallenge Account may become inactive and any remaining funds may be subject to an annual maintenance fee of INR 250 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) if You do not log in to Your RummyChallenge Account at least once in a twelve (12) month period. This fee is known as the “Inactive Account Fee.”

2.7     If We find that You are breaking any of our platform policies or trying to compromise the security of Our Services in any way, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your RummyChallenge Account. In such case, Your RummyChallenge Account may be closed right away, and any prizes, bonuses, promotional winnings, or money contained therein may be lost
